We currently have active estates in Rivers State (Port Harcourt area) and Delta State (Asaba area), with our headquarters in Edo State (Benin City). We are expanding into other states across Nigeria.

How do I buy land or property from Biglex Homes?

Are your properties verified with proper documentation?
Absolutely. Every property we sell comes with verified documentation including survey plans, deeds of assignment, and relevant land title documents. We conduct thorough due diligence on all our estates before listing them.
Do you offer payment plans or installments?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans across most of our estates. You can spread payments over 3 to 12 months depending on the estate and plot size. Contact our team to discuss a plan that works for your budget.
Can I visit the land before buying?
Yes, we strongly encourage site visits. Contact us to schedule a guided site inspection at any of our estates. We can arrange transportation from the nearest city centre to the estate location.

How do I get started with investing?

How much does the Academy cost?

Do I need prior real estate experience to join?
Not at all. The Academy is designed for beginners and intermediate learners alike. Whether you’re completely new to real estate or looking to sharpen your skills, our structured curriculum will guide you step by step.

How do I know I’m not being scammed?
We understand the concern — the Nigerian real estate industry has trust challenges. Here’s how we ensure transparency: We are a registered company with a physical office you can visit. All our estates have verifiable documentation. We encourage site visits before purchase. Our leadership team is publicly visible. And we provide proper receipts and agreements for every transaction.
What happens after I make payment?
After payment confirmation, you receive an official receipt and a signed deed of assignment. For full payments, your allocation is processed immediately. For installment plans, your plot is reserved and the deed is issued upon completion of payment. You’ll be added to our client communication channel for regular updates on estate development.
