Yes. Biglex Homes Limited is registered under Nigeria’s Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020. Our head office is located at Enahire House, 5th Floor, 34 Akpakpava Road, Benin City. You can visit us in person or verify our registration details.
We currently have active estates in Rivers State (Port Harcourt area) and Delta State (Warri area), with our headquarters in Edo State (Benin City). We are expanding into other states across Nigeria.

Absolutely. Every property we sell comes with verified documentation including survey plans, deeds of assignment, and relevant land title documents. We conduct thorough due diligence on all our estates before listing them.
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans across most of our estates. You can spread payments over 3 to 12 months depending on the estate and plot size. Contact our team to discuss a plan that works for your budget.
Yes, we strongly encourage site visits. Contact us to schedule a guided site inspection at any of our estates. We can arrange transportation from the nearest city centre to the estate location.
